The Supreme Court of Pakistan has set up a three-member committee to manage its new constitutional bench. This committee includes Justice Aminud Din Khan, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar. They are responsible for key tasks such as assigning cases, organizing court rosters, forming benches, and planning the weekly caseload.

The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) has appointed Justice Aminud Din Khan as the head of the constitutional bench with a majority vote of seven to five. Chaired by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, the JCP has also formed a seven-member constitutional bench, including Justices Ayesha A. Malik and Muhammad Ali Mazhar. A follow-up meeting will be held when Justice Mandokhail returns to finalize plans for the constitutional benches.
